This October, join us for a culinary journey to Normandy, a region celebrated for its lush countryside, apple orchards, rich dairy traditions, and distinctive cuisine.

In this hands-on workshop, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you in preparing a traditional Norman-inspired menu featuring a salade normande with crisp apples and creamy Camembert, followed by an elegant apple rose tart for dessert.

Learn classic French techniques while discovering the flavors and culinary traditions of Normandy. After the cooking session, we'll gather to enjoy our meal together over a glass of French apple cider and lively conversation, in French. As we say in France: Santé!

***All workshops are conducted in French. Beginners are welcome***

Cécile Penot Dietrich

Cécile Penot Dietrich is a professional Chef graduated from CSCA professional Chef’s program. She created French in the Kitchen, a cooking class business in Arlington, MA, in 2015. She is passionate about sharing her decades long love for cooking with kids and adults by teaching a variety of classes including after school, corporate events, thematic classes.

Originally a French attorney by trade, changed my career path after her relocation to the Boston area, 15 years ago.
