This November, join us for a culinary journey to Burgundy, a region celebrated for its world-famous vineyards, historic abbeys, and generous, wine-loving cuisine.

In this hands-on workshop, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you in preparing a traditional Burgundian menu, starting with gougères, the region’s signature light and airy cheese puffs, followed by elegant pears poached in red wine for dessert.

Learn classic French techniques, from choux pastry to poaching, while discovering the flavors and culinary traditions of Burgundy. After the cooking session, we’ll gather to enjoy our creations together over a glass of Burgundy wine and lively conversation, in French. As we say in France: Santé!

All workshops are conducted in French. Beginners are welcome

Cécile Penot Dietrich

Cécile Penot Dietrich is a professional Chef graduated from CSCA professional Chef’s program. She created French in the Kitchen, a cooking class business in Arlington, MA, in 2015. She is passionate about sharing her decades long love for cooking with kids and adults by teaching a variety of classes including after school, corporate events, thematic classes.

Originally a French attorney by trade, changed my career path after her relocation to the Boston area, 15 years ago.
