What is more French and convivial than cooking and sharing a meal with friends? This month, discover the secrets behind one of the most iconic dishes of French cuisine: the gougères. In this hands-on class, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in preparing two delicious dishes — a refreshing melon & mint gazpacho paired with classic Comté gougères.

Perfect for the season, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to practice classic French techniques while enjoying a warm and convivial culinary experience. After the cooking part, we’ll share the dishes we made together over a glass of wine and good conversation with fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!

Cécile Penot Dietrich

Cécile Penot Dietrich is a professional Chef graduated from CSCA professional Chef’s program. She created French in the Kitchen, a cooking class business in Arlington, MA, in 2015. She is passionate about sharing her decades long love for cooking with kids and adults by teaching a variety of classes including after school, corporate events, thematic classes.

Originally a French attorney by trade, changed my career path after her relocation to the Boston area, 15 years ago.
