Alexandre, originally from Paris, possesses a deep passion for wine. He honed his expertise while working and studying in various locations worldwide, spanning from France and England to Hong Kong and the USA. Alexandre's commitment to the study of wines led to immediate success, culminating in his certification as a Sommelier in 2016. He loves sharing his passion for wine and the spirit of hospitality that it brings.  


There are no refunds or exchanges available for the Gastronomy and Wine Program events. Should a guest need to cancel their registration, their registration fee can be applied to a future class. Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to the event to avoid loss of purchase.
