Join us in the elegant Victorian Founder’s Room for a festive evening celebrating France’s most beloved wine regions. This special seminar highlights a curated selection of “French favorites,” from crisp Loire Valley Chenin Blanc to classic Chablis, vibrant Bourgogne Rouge, refined Bordeaux, and, of course, Champagne.

Guided by wine expert Molly Stapleton, guests will explore what makes these regions, and the wines they produce, so enduringly iconic. Through an engaging tasting and discussion, you’ll gain insight into the character, history, and craftsmanship behind each bottle.

We’ll sample an exceptional lineup of French wines, accompanied by light bites to enhance the experience.

Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or simply enjoy discovering new wines, this seminar offers a warm, celebratory journey through the best of France’s viticultural heritage.

About Molly Stapleton

Molly has worked for an importer/distributor of wines in MA for just under 12 years, guiding local sommeliers and wine buyers in their selections. She has traveled extensively to wine regions and has studied wine at the Boston University Elizabeth Bishop Wine Resource Center as well as through the Society of Wine Educators and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Molly is a Certified Specialist of Wine and holds the WSET Diploma in wine. She is also a board member of the Boston Sommelier Society and loves sharing her passion for wine and the spirit of hospitality that it brings.

There are no refunds or exchanges available for the Gastronomy and Wine Program events. Should a guest need to cancel their registration, their registration fee can be applied to a future class. Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to the event to avoid loss of purchase.
