Let’s Make Goûter Online!

Parents and kids, join us for a unique online goûter workshop. We are going to bake some sablés together en français. The workshop will be led by our teacher, Maude Mastoris.

We will follow the recipe and stir the batter together live on Zoom. This is a great opportunity to learn more about food vocabulary, to get to know about the expression donner sa langue au chat, and to share some riddles to check if you're going to give your tongue to the cat!

You will need to have the following ingredients ready for the workshop:

70 g de farine (1 / 2 cup flour)
70 g de sucre (1/3 cup sugar)
70 g de beurre (1 / 3 cup butter)
2 blanc d’oeuf (2 egg white)
1 cuillère à café de vanille (1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)

Please prepare your kitchen with the below tools:

1 bol (1 bowl)
1 spatule (1 spatula)
1 fouet (1 whisk)
1 poche à douille (1 piping bag) - if you do not have one, make your own here
