From Jeanne d'Arc and Louis XIV to Napoléon Bonaparte, Olympe de Gouges, and Charles de Gaulle, this course explores key moments in French history through the lives of those who influenced them. Through engaging discussions, authentic documents, and interactive activities, learners will improve their French while gaining a deeper understanding of the people, ideas, and events that helped shape France.
