Wine Seminar - Languedoc

Languedoc, a sun-drenched region along France’s Mediterranean coast, is celebrated as one of the country’s most dynamic and diverse winemaking areas.

With roots dating back to Roman times, the region boasts a rich history of viticulture and a spirit of innovation that continues today. Stretching from the rugged Pyrenees to the rolling hills near Provence, Languedoc’s varied terroirs produce an impressive range of wines—from robust reds and crisp whites to refreshing rosés and sparkling Crémants.

Known as the “vineyard of diversity,” Languedoc embraces both tradition and modernity, offering wines that are expressive, approachable, and full of character.

Adam Centamore, wine educator and author, will be our esteemed host for the evening.

With his deep expertise and engaging style, Adam will guide us through a curated tasting of Languedoc wines, offering insights into the region’s winemaking traditions, grape varietals, and food pairings that highlight their Mediterranean flair.

During the seminar, guests will enjoy a selection of Languedoc wines, thoughtfully paired with French light bites.
