About Sabine Mouyal
Sabine is an international yoga teacher who teaches traditional yoga with a touch of Pilates for a stronger core. Sabine is certified from Yoga Kalari in Singapore and The Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute in India. She is the owner of YogaSana NYC LLC and teaches group classes, private sessions and Prenatal Yoga. She also hosts Yoga Weekend events in Upstate New York.Sabine believes in living a judgement-free life filled with fun and gratitude. These beliefs are incorporated in her teaching practice, which is focused on helping students improve their understanding of why and how we do each pose or exercise. Sabine has taught in Singapore, San Antonio, and New York and is very happy to relocate to Boston in the Back Bay neighborhood.
