This fall, make space for writing in your life. Whether you’ve never written before or already have a regular writing habit, this workshop offers a welcoming and inspiring environment to explore your voice and build a sustainable practice. Led by Boston-based writer and content strategist Félicie Petit-Nivard, the workshop focuses on daring to write, not someday, but now. No project or prior experience is required; only the desire to begin.

Each session includes guided writing prompts inspired by memory, daily life, and imagination. From journaling to letter-writing and short narratives, you’ll learn how to turn personal experience into material and momentum for your writing.

Together, we’ll overcome the fear of the blank page, build confidence, and anchor writing in everyday life.

This is more than a class. It’s a space to experiment, reflect, and grow. You’ll be part of a kind and supportive community where every voice matters.

Workshop Schedule

Session 1 – In Person: Tuesday, September 30 | 12:00–2:00 PM (In-person- Gallery room) Brown bag lunch—bring your own! Drinks provided.

Celebrate your creative journey with an evening of readings, conversation, and light refreshments. Each participant is welcome to bring a guest.

All sessions are conducted in French. Some comfort with French writing is encouraged, but no previous workshop experience is required.

About the Instructor

Félicie Petit-Nivard is a Franco-Belgian writer and brand content strategist who has been leading creative writing workshops in Boston since 2024. After a successful career in editorial and corporate communications in France, she published her first novel Douter in 2023, a thoughtful and subtly humorous meditation on doubt, connection, and everyday life.

She holds a degree in philosophy and a master’s in management, two lenses that shape her writing: a philosophical curiosity for the world and a grounded sense of the real.

Félicie took the lead on her book’s marketing and communications, helping Douter find its audience through word-of-mouth and a strong social media presence. She brings the same clarity, creativity, and generosity to her workshops. Participants are encouraged to write bravely, revise thoughtfully, and build a writing practice that is both intentional and sustainable. More about her work can be found at feliciepetitnivard.com
