  A cabernet sauvignon with aromas of red fruits, ripe peppers and mint with smoky toasted notes. Full and well-structured on the palate with fruity aromas and a beautiful toasted nish.


• Château Ribaute - Rosé (Corbières) - 2016
  Red cherry and berry scents lead the bouquet of this attractive wine, with secondary accents of melon and earthy, herbal spices. • Château Maris - Minervois - 2016
  Fruit aromas of berries, red fruit, to go with a medium-bodied, supple, and admirably fruited palate.


• Château Maris - La Touge (Minervois la Livinière) - 2014
  Open and expressive. There are ripe black fruits along with more spicy pepper and herbs.
