- 1 bottle of champagne/sparkling wine
- 1/2 cup of lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of triple sec or cointreau
- 1/2 cup of liquid cane sugar (or simple syrup)
 

Ingredients for Rillette de thon:
Serving Size: 4 people
- 10.5 oz of canned tuna
- 10.5 oz of cream cheese
- Chives
- 1 lemon
