She graduated from SMCC Maine where she got the Associate Degree in Culinary Arts in 2020. She is a master at making croissants and she is a chocolatière. Her dream is to open her own chocolaterie.

Bravo Maine opened in March 2020, it was created by a French woman who wanted to transmit the taste of French cuisine and new flavors in Maine and beyond. They are offering onsite and online group classes, private classes, and summer camp.
