About this Event
Café gourmand is a traditional French dessert, typically composed of a cup of coffee or tea served alongside a selection of miniature pastries at the end of a meal. For the occasion, our ballroom will be transformed into a cozy café with a buffet of various traditional French mini-pastries including financiers crousti/fondants, macarons à l'ancienne, chouquettes and mousse au chocolat. Pastry Director Franck Geuffroy will make an appearance and give a presentation about his work and the pastries on offer at the event. Capacity for this event is limited, so sign up today for this unique chance to treat yourself!
