Chef Fernanda Tapia
Chef Fernanda Tapia grew up in Chile soaking up flavors from amazing home cooks, but it wasn’t until college that she dove headfirst into the culinary world. After training under Jacques Pépin and some of Boston’s best chefs, she climbed the ranks to chef de cuisine, earned Zagat’s “Top 30 Under 30,” and went on to open her award-winning restaurant Comedor. Her bold South American flavors even won her the title of Chopped Champion and a spot on Beat Bobby Flay.
