What could be more French and enjoyable than cooking with—or for—your loved ones? In this Atelier de Cuisine series, you'll learn to master the essentials of French cuisine: Gougères au Gruyère & Profiteroles au Chocolat .

Celebrate this French classic by making it your own. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to prepare Gruyère Cheese Puffs & Chocolate Profiteroles—a delicious appetizer and dessert that are sure to impress at your next dinner gathering.

After the cooking part, it is the apéro time! You will eat what you made while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with your fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!

Cécile Penot Dietrich is a professional Chef graduated from CSCA professional Chef’s program. She created French in the Kitchen, a cooking class business in Arlington, MA, in 2015. She is passionate about sharing her decades long love for cooking with kids and adults by teaching a variety of classes including after school, corporate events, thematic classes.

Originally a French attorney by trade, changed my career path after her relocation to the Boston area, 15 years ago.
