What could be more French and enjoyable than cooking than cooking with (or for) your loved ones? In this Atelier de Cuisine series, you’ll learn to master the essentials of French cuisine through the preparation of two classic dishes: Pissaladière, the iconic onion, anchovy, and olive tart from the South of France, and Mont Blanc, the beloved chestnut dessert topped with whipped cream.

Perfect for the season, this hands-on cooking class celebrates comforting flavors and timeless French traditions. Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in creating a savory Provençal tart followed by an elegant, festive dessert that is sure to impress at any gathering.

After the cooking part, it is the apéro time! You will eat what you made while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with your fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!

Cécile Penot Dietrich is a professional Chef graduated from CSCA professional Chef’s program. She created French in the Kitchen, a cooking class business in Arlington, MA, in 2015. She is passionate about sharing her decades long love for cooking with kids and adults by teaching a variety of classes including after school, corporate events, thematic classes.

Originally a French attorney by trade, changed my career path after her relocation to the Boston area, 15 years ago.
