This panel discussion will be moderated by award-winning professor and historian Dr. William Keylor of Boston University, who has received critical acclaim for his books, A World of Nations: The International Order Since 1945 and The Twentieth-Century World and Beyond: An International History since 1900. Dr. Keylor was elected to the International Institute for Strategic Studies and has been named Chevalier de L’Ordre National du Mérite by the French government.About the Panelists
