At Online Event via Zoom

Do you enjoy traveling to France and other French-speaking places? If so, join us for the next meeting of the FCC's Travel Club!

This January we're talking about places to stay abroad. We'll start the evening with a presentation from journalist Clément Thiery about French hotels made famous by their well-known clientele. Dream and delight as we whisk you away to luxurious and fabled accommodations!

In the second part of the evening we want to hear from you! Do you have a favorite place to stay when you are in France, Switzerland, or the Caribbean (any Francophone area will do)? If so, we invite you to share it with us on the 28th! Email Membership Manager Natalie Collet at natalie@frenchlibrary.org to be a part of the evening.

About Clément Thiery

Clément grew up in the Lorraine region of France and has been living in Brooklyn since 2014. He joined France-Amérique shortly thereafter as a journalist and a web editor. Before this, he covered the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy for a local newspaper on Staten Island, worked as an au pair in New Jersey, and rode Greyhound buses across the country. He now writes about French topics in the United States, including culture, history, education, business, and gastronomy.
