Did you know that in 2010 UNESCO made the French gastronomic meal an official part of "intangible cultural heritage?"

What does this mean and how is "intangible heritage" different from just regular "heritage?" We'll explore these topics as well as learn more about the importance of the French meal and its safeguarding, with our teacher Julien Delbasty. Immerse yourself in learning through various activities- and maybe even a special treat!

This workshop is perfect for intermediate/advanced learners (level B1 +) who want to brush up on their vocabulary and practice a new side of the French language.

About this Event

Our new educational workshops for members are perfect for those who want to practice and extend their French language studies but can't commit to a full class session. This workshop will focus on French heritage, especially the intangible heritage of the French meal!

About Julien Delbasty

Julien wants his students to have fun, be enthusiastic and proud about speaking French, and never be afraid to speak and make mistakes! When he is not teaching, he enjoys reading French novels, studying history, running, and (most importantly) cooking and eating good French food.
