Myriam Faucher Bilodeau will lead this immersive and original cooking workshop for teens while drawing on the distinctive culinary traditions of her native Quebec. This hands-on workshop is a unique and creative opportunity to introduce students to our northern neighbor. Not to worry, they will have plenty to eat! Who knew French could be so fun during February vacation?

About Myriam Faucher Bilodeau

Born and raised in Québec, the French province of Canada, Myriam is a touche-à-tout: she likes to knit, cook, read, run, do yoga, write, ski and, above all, she likes to discover new cultures. Back home, she worked as a communications advisor for government, university, and community organizations. Now, she is finishing a degree in Professional French Writing.
