In this session, Chef Jérôme will transport you to the culinary landscapes of Alsace, France. Nestled along the Rhine River, this picturesque region boasts charming villages, rolling vineyards, and a rich history, all of which are reflected in its cuisine. The Alsace region is famous for its hearty, rustic dishes that combine rich flavors with a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients.
Under our French Chef Jérôme's expert guidance, you’ll not only gain hands-on experience in creating authentic Alsatian dishes, you will also discover how to pair these dishes with the region’s renowned wines, enhancing the rich, flavorful experience that is uniquely Alsace. With a limited group of guests, you'll have the unique opportunity to closely observe the Chef's step-by-step process, ask questions, and receive personalized assistance to confidently reproduce the dishes at home.

Hailing from Le Mans, renowned for its "Rillettes" and the iconic "24 Hours of Le Mans" race, Jérôme Bergère boasts two decades of culinary expertise. Having served as a Chef in various establishments from France to New York City and Saint-Barth, he currently holds the position of Chef at the renowned French restaurant La Voile in Boston.
