Under our French Chef Jérôme's expert guidance, you’ll not only gain hands-on experience in creating authentic Alsatian dishes, you will also discover how to pair these dishes with the region’s renowned wines, enhancing the rich, flavorful experience that is uniquely Alsace. With a limited group of guests, you'll have the unique opportunity to closely observe the Chef's step-by-step process, ask questions, and receive personalized assistance to confidently reproduce the dishes at home.
