Chef Clémentine
Clementine has harbored a deep passion for pastry and cooking, since childhood. A few years ago, she made a significant career shift from the legal field to seize an incredible opportunity—attending pastry classes with the renowned French Chef Vanessa Ricci, who is certified at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris. Currently employed at Michette, a French bakery, she extends her pastry creations to the local French community. Clementine finds joy in sharing her passion and imparting valuable pastry tips through teaching.Upcoming Events
