At The French Library Get Directions
About the Film
Director: Tonie Marshall
Actors: Sophie Marceau and Patrick Bruel
When his sex addiction costs him his job as a pilot, Lambert (Bruel) tries to reform himself through a new career as a couples therapist, and makes a vow to never again have sex without love. Unfortunately, his new colleague Judith (Marceau) happens to be a nymphomaniac with a taste for sleeping with her coworkers--and she's determined to have him next. Between their instant attraction and Judith's unrelenting (and decidedly unsubtle) attempts to seduce him, Lambert struggles to keep his promises to himself and to get what he ultimately wants from Judith: a relationship.
The screening will conclude with an open discussion led by our in-house film expert, Barbara Bouquegneau.
