Patrick Walsh, founder of Provence Wine Imports Inc. was raised and educated in the French way of life.
Growing up in the winemaking region of Provence, wine culture, knowledge and consumption have been and
continue to be part of his daily life in France.With a dual US-French citizenship, born in Boston, MA and having lived his youth in Aix-en-Provence,
Patrick has the overview and benefits from the very way the American market functions but thinks it’s
important to discover and preserve a French harmony through its flagship product and one of the pillars
of its economy: wine.
About Sonia Jacobson
Sonia Jacobson is a dual French-American citizen, native of Brittany — otherwise known as the land of
butter, crêpes and kouign amann! You might already know Sonia from our marché de Noël,
or from a few classical concerts around Boston.One of her many passions is teaching the art of French baking to her friends, and instilling in them
the confidence to take on the most intimidating baking and cooking projects.
