Join us for one (or more) of our popular barre classes in French! These instructor led classes will help you to focus on your strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing from the comfort of your home!

Our French instructor, Chloé Mizuta, will guide you in your practice via Zoom.

All levels of French and barre welcome!

About Chloé Mizuta

Originally from Lyon, Chloé arrived in the United States in 1998, where she started a career in fitness. In 2016, Chloé founded Barre Plus Studio where she teaches Barre and Pilates in French. She first started in Chicago and since August 2019, is teaching in Boston.
