Pastry lovers, join chef Jasmine from Bravo Maine, for a fun, interactive, and delicious morning! In this baking class you will learn to prepare not one, but two of the most famous French pastries: the iconic éclair au chocolat and the savory chouquettes!

Jasmine will guide you step by step, answer all your questions and show you some of her baking tips.

About Jasmine

She graduated from SMCC Maine where she got the Associate Degree in Culinary Arts in 2020. She is a master at making croissants and she is a chocolatière. Her dream is to open her own chocolaterie.

Bravo Maine opened in March 2020, it was created by a French woman who wanted to transmit the taste of French cuisine and new flavors in Maine and beyond. They are offering onsite and online group classes, private classes and summer camp.
