The French Consulate, the French Library and the French-American Chamber of Commerce, New England (FACCNE) are organizing a major event to celebrate the launch of France Alumni USA, a new online platform where individuals, who spent time studying abroad in France, can connect with each another, stay up to date on French business and culture as well as discover professional opportunities and events!

The launch party will begin with an introduction by the President and Executive Director of the French Library, Catheline van den Branden, followed by a speech by the Consul General of France in Boston, Valéry Freland. Then, our special guest speakers will each give a short talk on how their time studying in France positively impacted their careers. Our guest speakers include Nicholas Burns, a former U.S. Ambassador and Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs; Joseph Aoun, President of Northeastern University; Linda Mason, co-founder of Bright Horizons Family Solutions; and Bryan Jacobs, the former private chef for Anheuser-Busch family. The program will also include a short film and presentation of the France Alumni USA platform, and will conclude with a social reception.
