Delphine
Delphine Klein holds a certification as a holistic health and nutrition coach, which she obtained from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Originally from France, she spent her formative years immersed in the culinary world of her grandparents' restaurant in Alsace. Here, she cultivated a profound passion for gastronomy and the art of sharing love through food.
As a mother of three and a busy working professional, Delphine has always treasured cooking and has made it a priority to prepare wholesome meals for her family and friends. However, upon moving to the United States four years ago, she encountered challenges in maintaining her European-style cooking habits. She faced difficulties in sourcing the right ingredients and resisting the convenience of the food industry, especially with teenagers at home.
Motivated by her own experiences, Delphine pursued certification as a health coach to help others navigate similar challenges and adopt a holistic approach to health and wellness. Her coaching encompasses a range of strategies, including personalized meal planning, pantry makeovers, and instructive healthy cooking lessons, all geared towards promoting overall well-being through balanced nutrition and lifestyle choices. .
