About writer and performer Gaël Leiblang
Gaël Leiblang is an author, director and producer of documentaries. As a former sports journalist and then television director, his reports have led him to take an interest in various subjects: counterfeiting, tsunamis, paratroopers, the Holy Land, North Korea, the homeless, peasants , without forgetting the legends of sport: Usain Bolt: The fastest man and Michel Platini, the free player. He directs the documentary and magazine branch of the ELEPHANT group (Emmanuel Chain & Thierry Bizot). Since 2017, he has been the author of a seule en scène for the theater, Tu seras un homme papa, in which he is the narrator of his own story. The show was presented twice at the Avignon festival (2017, 2018) followed by a tour in France with around sixty dates and internationally (Hong Kong, Reunion Island, New Caledonia, Belgium, Switzerland). It reprised last year at Festival Off Avignon 2023. About director Thibault Amorfini
Graduate of a Master II “Directing and dramaturgy” at the University of Paris Nanterre, as well as the state diploma of drama teacher at the Comédie de Saint-Étienne, Thibault Amorfini is both an author , director and actor. In 2014, he wrote and played Monsieur Belleville, directed by Brigitte Sy at the Théâtre de Belleville, this text will be published by l'Œil d'Or. As an assistant director, he accompanies the Denisyak Collective for its creation Spasmes at the CDN in Vire (2017) as well as Vincent Macaigne for his show Je suis un Pays at the Théâtre National de La Colline (2019). Currently, he continues his work as an artistic collaborator with the Iwa company by accompanying, Ma République et moi, the first creation by Issam Rachyd-Ahrad, which will be performed at the TGP - CDN in Saint Denis, at the Grand-T in Nantes , at the Méta CDN in Poitiers, at the Scène nationale in Angoulême as well as at the Avant-scène Cognac.Our partner
