Winter and the approaching holiday season mean delicious and artful desserts. Elevate your winter holiday dinners by rolling up your sleeves and signing up to Sonia’s Bûche de Noël (French yule log) making class on Saturday December 9. 

During this class taught en français, you will learn about all the different steps of bûche making, and discover that with a little confidence, it’s not that difficult!

Be prepared to be on your feet, standing at a table, and using your hands for most of the class, before tasting your own confection!

About Sonia

Sonia Jacobson is a dual French-American citizen, native of Brittany - otherwise known as the land of butter, crêpes and kouign amann! You might already know Sonia from her former role as the French Library librarian, or from a few classical concerts around Boston. One of her many passions is teaching the art of French baking to her friends, and instilling in them the confidence to take on the most intimidating baking and cooking projects.
