French winter antidote: croissant et chocolat chaud

 Let’s be honest, for the past few years we have all been drooling over Cédric Grolet’s Instagram reels. Don’t you also wish you could take a bite of a “just out of the oven” real French croissant, beurré à souhait and dip it in your morning coffee? Make your dream come true by rolling up your sleeves and signing up to Sonia’s croissant making class on Saturday February 25. 

 During this class taught en français, you will learn all about the different steps of croissant making (détrempe, tourage, façonnage, cuisson), and discover that with a little confidence, it’s not that difficult! You can expect to eat a croissant at the end of class and take some frozen croissants dough to bake at home and share with your loved ones. Bonus! You will also be able to dip your croissant in a homemade rich hot chocolate (dairy free option available). Sonia will demonstrate how to make it and you will have all the keys to beat the Boston winter! 
 Be prepared to be on your feet, standing at a table, and using your hands for most of the class.
