About Béatrice Dauge

beaBéatrice has studied both at the prestigious School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and deCordova, Contemporary Museum and Sculpture Park, Lincoln.

Painting is a way for her to express her emotions through the use of a wide palette of colors and shapes. Emotions are at the core of her work. She does not fear them, but seeks to render them through abstract pictures or landscapes. Her love for the sky and the sea inspires her use of blues and greens in her paintings. Her work with color evokes feelings of freedom, peace, density and space.

Touching the soul and the imagination of those who see her work, making them think, dream or share in an emotion, is what makes art meaningful to her.
