• 12 scallops U10 or 12 bay scallops
• Jasmine rice
• 1 ounce of butter
• 1 tbs of Dijon mustard
• 2 tbs of heavy cream
• 2 tbs of lemon juice
• Salt
• Black pepper

• Vanilla ice cream
• Dark chocolate
• Butter
• 10.60 ounce of sugar
• 10.60 ounce of flour
• 3 eggs
