Petit Pays Book Club: Chapter 3 - Chapter 8

This book club is free and open to the public. Participants will read 5 chapters from the chosen book each month. The discussion, recommended for all levels of French, will be moderated in French.

This book club strives to foster discussion and dialogue around a chosen book: attendees are wholeheartedly encouraged to come and practice speaking in French. Interested in a more structured literature class? Try our monthly workshops, like Un Mois, Un Livre.

Join us for a read-along book club of Goncourt winning novel, Petit Pays by Gaël Faye. In January, we invite you to read chapters 3-8 and then come ready to discuss in our library on the 7th at 5:30PM.

This book club is for those who regularly read en français and for those who are reading a novel for the first time! This group will meet every other month. Between each meeting, participants will read around 5 chapters from the book.
