On the Menu

  • Justin Monmousseau - Sauvignon Blanc - 2015
While there is a herbal character to this wine, its main interest is in the ripe orange and apricot fruits. They cut easily into the acidity and the mineral edge of this attractive ready-to-drink wine.

  • Clarence Dillon - Clarendelle - Bordeaux Blanc - 2015
Beautiful golden-yellow color with green highlights. The wine is round, rich, and luscious on the palate. The bouquet features aromas often found in sweet white wines, with hints of apricot, white peaches, and grapefruit.

  • Gérard Bertrand - Réserve Spéciale - Chardonnay - 2014
This wine has won many prizes. The 2015 vintage was awarded Bronze from the International Wine & Spirit Competition, and the 2014 vintage was awarded Bronze from the International Wine Challenge.

  • Joseph Drouhin - Laforêt Bourgogne - Pinot Noir
A wine full of charm: bright ruby color and a nose rich with aromas of red fruit (raspberry, red currants, wild strawberry). On the palate, the wine is pleasant, fruity, and refreshing, with light tannins and great elegance.

  • Clarence Dillon - Clarendelle - Bordeaux Rosé
Clarendelle Rose is a blend of wines pressed directly after pre-fermentation maceration. These were then fermented at low temperature before aging on the lees. The wine has a pink rose petal color and the nose is very fruity, with such aromas as grapefruit and lychee.

  • Château La Sauvageonne - Terrasses du Larzac - 2013
Ranked third among the wines from this region with respect to number of prizes won. The 2012 vintage was awarded Gold from the International Wine Challenge, and the 2014 vintage was awarded Silver from the International Wine & Spirit Competition.

  • Château L’Hospitalet - La Clape - 2011
A blend of 40% Bourboulenc, 30% Grenache Blanc, and 30% Vermentino, this is a bright and floral wine, offering upfront scents of orange rind, melon, apple flesh, green fig, and garrigue herbs.

  • Clarence Dillon - Clarendelle Bordeaux Rouge (Haut Brion) - 2011
Character and subtle structure. Clarendelle Pessac-Léognan red is the result of a skillful blend from the same winemaking team as Haut Brion. This is as close as you will get to tasting Haut Brion without shelling out $1,000 plus dollars.
