These are easy to listen to on your phone or computer via iTunes or a streaming service like Stitcher, Spotify, or Soundcloud.

One Thing in a French Day offers a quick glance into the day of a French woman. This podcast is in French with a transcript available through their website and mailing list. Because these episodes are shorter than some other podcasts, One Thing in a French Day posts three times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Distorsion Podcast hails from Québec and is hosted by Emile and Sébastien. It features interesting stories of true crime, disappearances, catfishing, creepy pastas, and conspiracies in the digital era. On one recent episode, they even invited Charles and Mathias from le Bureau des Mystères as special guests.
Get the campfire ready! Ars Moriendi is another Québécois podcast about scary stories. Similar to the American podcast Lore, Ars Moriendi offers macabre tales of serial killers, sordid crimes, and unusual mysteries. This is definitely one to listen to with all of the lights on - these creepy tales and accompanying music are sure to cause goosebumps.
Less creepy, but featuring an equally gripping story, 1940, Winston devient Churchill is an audio-fiction inspired by the film “Darkest Hour” with Gary Oldman. Co-produced by Création Collective and Binge Audio for Universal Pictures, this well-produced podcast is a must-listen for history buffs!

Ingrid began her passion for French through the immersion program in Milton, MA, and has followed it around France and the world. She took a break from this first love to pursue a B.A. in English with a minor in Irish Studies at Boston College and a Masters of Library and Information Sciences at Simmons College.
