About this Event

During this sit-down, guided tasting, you will experience the distinctive qualities of fine sparkling wines and champagnes from France, Georgia, and the United States. You will also learn how to pair these wines with caviar, and compare how the taste of the wine changes when combined with different types of caviar. At the end of this in-depth comparison, you will have an understanding of the tasting nuances of champagne and caviar individually and together.
