Abe Laxague

Bio
Though native to Boston, Abe’s journey with the French language has opened doors in many places. He studied linguistics at McGill University in Montréal, history at Université de Strasbourg, and recently completed a year-long teaching program in Biscarrosse, France, south of Bordeaux. Having united with family in France’s Basque country, explored passions like birding and film in a francophone setting, and eaten all the baguettes and chocolatines he could muster, Abe is thrilled to return to Boston and share his love for language at the French Library.
