About this Class
Our core language classes will strengthen your French through speaking, writing and comprehension activities while providing insights into Francophone culture. Our teachers and curriculum use cutting-edge methods and resources to expand your skills and increase your confidence in French. With full immersion from day one and a communicative, task-based approach you'll gain a deeper understanding of the French language and Francophone world!

In this course you will cover units 9 and 10; pp. 139 to 170.
Content you will cover in Unit 7:
"Nous nous intéressons à l’innovation française"
Learn How ToUnderstand a scientific documentary, learn about young, francophone thinkers, explain a scientific discovery, present the pros and cons of an innovation in technology, give your opinion, imagine the future.
Grammar
Relative pronouns, sequencing words for crafting arguments, expression doubt and certainty (subjunctive).
Society, Culture, and Vocabulary
Create a report on a particular subject, learn about sports and leisure activities, talk about scientific discoveries, discuss the economy, find the humanity in a subject, and express worry.

Learn How ToWrite and react to event reviews, express your enthusiasm, research different artists, understand different types of awards, recognize some francophone novels, debate the importance of reading.
Grammar
Employ the superlative to express enthusiasm, use the infinitive in lists, double object pronouns, the interrogative/forming questions.
Society, Culture, and Vocabulary
Make a positive judgment, talk about different cultural events, use vocabulary related to giving congratulations, discuss books and libraries.
