Chacun des 30 plats se décline en versions adaptées à trois tranches d'âge : 6-9 mois, 9-12 mois, 1-3 ans. Les ingrédients restent les mêmes, les modes de cuisson également, ce qui raccourcit efficacement le temps de préparation du repas. Les recettes sont réparties sur 4 semaines et suivent un rythme qui permet de manger de façon équilibrée, saine et avec plaisir. Ainsi, lundi, c'est « poulet et cie », mardi, c'est « pizzas et tartes », mercredi, c'est « veggie », etc.
